Customer Logistic Planner
Tasks to be performed:
- Report stock level and fulfillment deliveries to customer.
- Customer incident analysis including 8D leadership if necessary.
- Identification and escalation of non-compliance risks on time delivery to customer.
- Participation in daily meeting with production areas and review production planning as a result of it.
- Confirmation of the delivery plan to the customer.
- Contract planning review.
- Review customer portals.
- Structures, updates in EOP / SOP / Changes.
- Special manufactures.
- Dispute service levels.
- Ensure in introductions and changes the labels, documentation of the shipment and content of the correct electronic transmissions.
Requirements:
- This position is the link between our manufacturing plant and our end customers.
- Both for the monitoring of the programs, and in the resolution of logistical incidents.
- An engineer with a high level of English is required and knowledge of French will be valued.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
- Previous SAP knowledge will be valued.
- Teamwork skills are required.
- Knowledge in data analysis will be valued.
