Customer Quality Engineer

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
Single point of contact at an Autoliv manufacturing facility for the customer
Responsible at the plant for Quality information management to the customer.
Coordinates on-site sorting activities at the customer facility in relation with the internal activities.
Requests the return of the defective products and manage the parts at reception.
Coordinates the problem solving for all customer quality concerns. Interfaces with the customer and the problem-solving team.
Responsible for on-time responses per customer requirements.
Coordinates the warranty activities at the plant and the related compensation claims in response to the customer requests. Escalates the product and process concerns.
Responsible for acting on Customer rating and Scorecards improvements at the respective Autoliv facility. Involves negotiations of NCEs and rejects, coordination of customer visits and audits, etc.
Coordinate inside Quality department changes on Serial Products (AS 0007)
Supports the launches of changed products at the customer locations.
In the scope of As007, identifies risks, analyzes them, elevates to the correct level of management, suggests corrective actions, verifies closure of open issues.
Supports timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off in the scope of AS007

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
High level of English
Quality tools
Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
Excellent technical and human skills
Analytical thinking and teamwork spirit
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
